Payments Options:
I require 50% of the design package cost as a deposit. This ensures your place on the waiting list and downloads any necessary images we will need for the design. Payments can be made through PayPal. I will give you those details in our email communications. If you do not have a PayPal account I will also accept a check or money order. If this is how you plan to pay please let me know. I do ask that you send the entire amount of the design package when paying by check or money order.
Design Process:
Details on the design process can be found here. All communication during the design process will be conducted by email.
Revisions:
I will work with you until you love your design. I have no limits on revisions, but once you have picked out a kit and I have come up with a design concept I will not start over. I will make any changes you want, but it will have to be with the original kit we started with.
Privacy:
Once your design is completed I will ask for your log in info. I ask that clients make a temporary password of their choosing to give to me along with your email/username. This will never be shared with anyone. You can change your password back after the install is done.
Refunds:
I understand that things happen. People are on the waiting list for a couple of months and sometimes things come up. So, if you are on my waiting list and decide that you don’t want the design just email me. I will refund your deposit no questions asked. But once we have gotten started and I have sent you the design concept your deposit becomes nonrefundable.
My Rights:
I have the right to refuse a my services at any time. This means before, during, or after the design process. Refunds will be at my discretion if this takes place.
